ST LOUIS WOODWIND & BRASS
Quality is always our first consideration
Since 1989, St. Louis Woodwind and Brass has earned the reputation as the top musical instrument repair and restoration shop in the region. Specialists in wind instrument repair, our three craftsman, Bill Meyers, Marvin Kranz, and Adam Newsom have a combined century of experience restoring instruments and making horns play great. Located in Florissant, Northwest St. Louis County, St. Louis Woodwind and Brass is accessible to professional musicians, students, hobbyists, collectors, teachers, and anyone else in need of woodwind and brass instrument assistance. Our service is prompt and courteous. We do everything from routine maintenance and repairs to complete overhauls and restorations on vintage and collectibles. Occasionally, we even refurbish items like antique auto horns, museum pieces, and even communion sets for local churches. Musical instrument appraisals and assistance with insurance claims is also a service provided. If you are located outside the region, no problem, give us a call or send an email. A form with shipping instructions is located on our Shipping page. We thank you for your business!
We will be closed Saturday, August 31st through Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day. We will be open the following Tuesday.
READY TO PURCHASE A NEW HORN?
As a repair shop, we obviously don't sell horns. But that doesn't mean we don't know who does. Two businesses that we highly recommend are Nottelmann Music and Brass Exchange. They are honest and have fair prices for good quality instruments.
We offer a wide variety of repair services for both woodwind and brass instruments. We do everything from a simple cleaning all the way to complete restorations. If you'd like to know about a service that you don't see listed, feel free to call us to see if it's something we can do. Click below to view our list of services.
